Meteosat-7 is a geostationary satellite stationed above 0° latitude, 0° longitude.
Dundee Satellite Receiving Station receives its images every 6 hours and processes the Europe
sector to produce this pseudo-colour display.
Meteosat also re-transmits images from other geostationary satellites stationed over India,
America, the Pacific Ocean and Japan/Australia, all of which are received in Dundee.
